Alex is the founder and Director of Gatling Solicitors and has worked in property law for more than a decade.

Before establishing the firm, Alex gained experience at regional law firms in private practice and subsequently acted in property matters on behalf of a local authority. This background has given him experience of property transactions from both a private and public-sector perspective.

Alex advises individuals, investors, landlords and businesses on a broad range of residential and commercial property matters, including sales and purchases, investment property transactions, transfers of equity, remortgages, lease extensions and more complex title issues.

As a property investor himself, Alex understands the commercial and practical considerations affecting landlords and investors. He established Gatling Solicitors to provide clients with a personal, efficient and proactive service, supported by modern technology and clear communication.

Alex has also served on the committees of housing and community organisations, assisting their members and the wider community with property and other legal issues.
