Auction

Buying at Auction

Before you bid on and commit yourself to buying a property at auction it is highly advisable that you instruct a solicitor to conduct due diligence and report on the contents and title to the property which comprises the auction pack.

You don't want to purchase a property and find out that you cannot use it as intended because of a covenant affecting the title or that there are significant ground rent or service charge arears that you will become liable for on completing the purchase.

Selling at Auction

If you are selling a property at auction you will be required to submit an 'auction pack' which comprises property information forms, title documents, property search results, certificates and other important documents.

We can prepare this pack for you and act on completing the sale post auction.
